People need and want to know about the value you offer!

The real hard ugly truth is that if we don’t squeak out loud about what we do, no one will know the value we have to offer!

I know, it’s hard to work and market, too – there is only so much time we get in a day. And what about those fears and frustrations we have?

Listen. I was achingly shy as a kid – I barely whispered if I talked at all. I tried to stay invisible so I wouldn’t get laughed at or criticized – and I was laughed at and criticized anyway.

One day it just hit me really hard – I’m already getting what I fear, and it hasn’t killed me yet, why not speak out anyway? That’s when I started writing articles and books and speaking at gatherings – now you can’t shut me up!

You need to stop making generalizations about ‘the market’ and what ‘they’ will do to you, say about you, or your products or services.

Your fears and anxieties feel real, but they are projections from your subconscious.

How do I know this? Because I can be experiencing one thing, and my colleague in the same line of business could be experiencing something completely different.
